I suppose that it is the utmost of vanities that I am posting my poetry on line... Still, this may be the only venue that I am ever able to share my voice with others...
I am a conservative by nature and choice 50+ year old school teacher. I had the privilege of serving my country in the USAF and Army for 32 years. My last meaningful assignment was @ Balad AB, Iraq and I retired from the USAF in 2007.
I have a son and his family in Virginia, a daughter in California and a daughter and grand-daughter living with me.
Oh yeah, and a big happy dog...
